Truckscribe publishes carrier information sourced from public FMCSA records. If you operate a carrier and want your record removed, ask here. No account needed, and it costs nothing. We will review it and email you when it is done.

The number on the carrier record you want removed.

Only used to confirm the removal and to reach you if we have a question.

What happens next

  • A person reviews every request. We do not remove records automatically, because we cannot otherwise tell that a request came from the carrier it names.
  • Once removed, the record stops appearing in search, exports and every other part of the product, and our data feeds will not re-add it.
  • We email you at the address you give us to confirm.
  • If we need something to confirm the request is yours, we will ask by email first.

Prefer email?

Write to data@truckscribe.com with the USDOT number. The form is faster, but the mailbox works just as well.
