What you get

What comes out of the file.

The export is the view. There is no second set of filters to configure and no chance of downloading a list that does not match what you were looking at.

01
Identity

USDOT, carrier name, DBA, MC docket number and EIN, so the file joins cleanly to anything you already hold.

02
Contact

Owner or officer name, phone, email, street, city, state and ZIP. The columns a dialer or a sequence actually needs.

03
Authority

Status, lead type, authority type, operation, whether the carrier is authorized, out of service, and whether authority has been revoked.

04
Insurance

Insurer on record, liability insurance, cargo insurance and coverage type, taken from the filings on file.

05
Safety and fleet

Safety rating, crashes over 24 months, power units and drivers, so the file can be sorted by size or by risk before anyone calls.

06
Provenance

Date added to your feed and date registered, plus a cover sheet naming the account and the moment the file was generated.

Cost

You are told the price before you press the button.

Rows your account has already unlocked export free. New rows cost one credit each, and the panel shows the number and your remaining balance before anything is spent.

  • Already unlocked rows are always free to export again
  • A live count of what the export will cost against what you have left
  • If the view is larger than your balance, the panel says so and suggests narrowing
  • Forty downloads an hour, which is a guard against runaway scripts rather than a working limit

Ownership

What you unlocked stays yours.

A lapsed subscription ends access to new data. It does not end ownership of what you already paid for, so exporting your own unlock history keeps working.

  • A dedicated export of every carrier your account has unlocked, with the unlock date
  • Available after a subscription lapses
  • Shared across seats, so the file reflects the whole account's work

Questions

Answered up front.

What formats can I export?
An Excel workbook with a formatted header row and a cover sheet naming your account and the generation time, or a plain CSV. Both carry the same columns.
Does the export match my filters?
Exactly. The export is the view you are looking at, with the same filters, the same sort and the same date window. There is no separate export configuration to get out of step with the screen.
Is TruScore in the export?
Not today. The grade lives on the record and on the feed card. If a scored column matters to your workflow, tell us, because it is a short change and we prioritise by what customers ask for.
How large can an export be?
Twenty five thousand rows per file, or your remaining credit balance if that is smaller. Larger jobs are a matter of narrowing the filters and running more than one file.
Can I export data after I cancel?
You can export the carriers your account has already unlocked. New data stops with the subscription, but what you paid for remains yours to take with you.
