TruCRM

The pipeline lives where the carriers do.

Add a carrier to your board in one click, log the call with a real outcome, set the follow up, and let the FMCSA post its own updates to the lead. No export, no import, no second subscription.

What you get

Everything a carrier desk actually does.

Built for the way this work runs: high call volume, long gaps between touches, and a prospect whose regulatory status can change while you are working it.

01
Stages and bulk moves

Drag a lead through the board, advance one stage with a button, or move a selection at once. Won and Lost close with a reason from a fixed list.

02
Call outcomes that mean something

Connected, left voicemail, no answer, bad number, blocked by gatekeeper, callback scheduled, not interested. Reportable, because everyone picks from the same list.

03
Tasks and My Day

Every follow up has a due date, and My Day buckets them into overdue, today, this week and later so nobody has to remember.

04
Contacts inside a carrier

More than one person per company, with roles for owner, dispatcher, safety, operations, billing and driver, and a designated primary contact.

05
FMCSA signals on the lead

When a carrier you are working has its authority or insurance change, the activity feed says so. You find out from the record, not from the prospect.

06
Deal value and tags

Attach a value with a billing period, tag freely, and filter the board by anything you have tagged.

Teams

One board, one set of numbers.

The pipeline belongs to the account, not to a person. The owner decides whether seats see everything or only their own leads, and the team tab shows who added, worked, won and lost what.

  • Assign and reassign leads, in bulk if you need to
  • A scoreboard per teammate: added, open, won, lost, activity, tasks
  • Removing a seat hands its open leads and tasks back to the owner
  • Unlocked carriers are shared, so two people never spend two credits on one company

Hygiene

The board tells you when it has gone stale.

A lead with no activity for a week is flagged. A carrier that gets revoked or goes inactive while it sits in your pipeline is flagged on the card itself, so you stop working a company that can no longer haul.

  • Stale leads surfaced after seven quiet days
  • Live risk flags on the card when authority changes
  • Archive with a reason rather than delete, so the history survives
  • Quick log from the feed or the carrier record without opening the board

How teams work it

One carrier, start to finish.

  1. 1
    Add from anywhere

From a feed card, from the carrier record, or add every result on screen at once. It costs no credit if you already own the unlock.

  2. 2
    Log the call

Pick the outcome, add the note, and set the next task in the same step. My Day picks it up from there.

  3. 3
    Bring in the people

Add the dispatcher, the safety manager and the billing contact as separate people with their own numbers.

  4. 4
    Close it out

Won with a value and a billing period, or Lost with a reason. Either way the reporting is consistent across the team.

Questions

Answered up front.

Do I need a separate CRM?
For carrier prospecting, no. TruCRM covers stages, activity logging, tasks, contacts, assignment and team reporting. It does not send email, dial numbers, run sequences or sync a calendar, so if your team lives inside a sales engagement platform you will keep that and use this for the carrier side.
Does adding a lead cost a credit?
No. Adding a carrier your account has already unlocked is free. You can only add carriers you have unlocked, because a pipeline full of masked records would not be a pipeline.
Can my team share a pipeline?
Yes. It is one board per account and every seat works it. The owner sets whether seats see all leads or only their own, and the team tab reports on each person.
What happens to a lead if a carrier gets revoked?
The card flags it and the activity feed records the change. You are told by the data rather than finding out when a load falls through.
What happens if I remove a teammate?
The seat is closed and its open leads and tasks move to the account owner. The activity history stays, so the record of who did what survives the person leaving.

Truckscribe is built on FMCSA public records and other commercial business sources. It is business information for sales and vendor decisions, not a consumer report. How we handle data

Work carriers where you find them.

TruCRM is included on every plan. Seats and daily unlocks are what separate the tiers.
