New carrier leads

New carrier leads, the day they register.

Every motor carrier that files with the FMCSA lands in your feed the same day, with the owner name, direct phone and email attached. You are calling before the number is on anyone else's list.

What you get

A working list, not a data dump.

The feed is built to be worked from the first screen. Narrow it, unlock what you want, and the rest stays out of your way.

01
The latest batch, on its own

One click shows only the carriers added in the most recent discovery run, so you can work today's names without scrolling past yesterday's.

02
Pending authority, watched

Carriers with authority filed but not yet granted are their own filter. Track them and you hear the moment they go active.

03
Contact on the record

Owner or officer name, direct phone, email and mailing address sit on the carrier itself. No second tool, no manual lookup.

04
Freshness you control

Today, seven days, thirty days, or a date range you pick. If a window is empty the feed widens and tells you it did.

05
Worked leads out of the way

Once your team has unlocked or pipelined a carrier, one toggle hides it. Two people never call the same name twice.

06
Search by any identifier

USDOT, MC number or EIN. A USDOT we have not indexed yet is pulled live from the FMCSA on the spot.

Targeting

Cut the feed down to the carriers you actually sell to.

Filters stack. Set the state, the equipment type and the fleet band you serve, and the count updates before you commit a single credit.

  • State, plus interstate or intrastate operation
  • Equipment: dry van, reefer, flatbed, tanker, car hauler, livestock, specialized, hazmat
  • Fleet size from one truck to over five hundred
  • Driver count and reported annual miles
  • Authority status and insurance on file

Qualification

Every new name arrives already graded.

A brand new carrier has no track record, so TruScore says so rather than inventing a number. What it does show is the evidence: authority tenure, insurance on file, roadside history and how the reported fleet compares to what has actually been inspected.

  • A to F grade, or Not Rated where the record is too thin
  • Private fleets marked as such instead of graded on a carrier scale
  • Six factors, each opening to the underlying records

How teams work it

The daily routine it replaces.

  1. 1
    Open the latest batch

Your saved filters are already applied. What you see is only what arrived since you last worked the list.

  2. 2
    Unlock what fits

One credit reveals the full record. Anyone on your account who opens it later pays nothing.

  3. 3
    Push to the pipeline

Send the carrier to TruCRM, log the call outcome, and set the follow up date before you move on.

  4. 4
    Let the alerts run

Save the search, switch alerts on, and new matches and status changes come to you the next morning.

Questions

Answered up front.

How quickly does a new carrier appear?
The same day it becomes visible in FMCSA records. Discovery runs on a fixed schedule twice a day rather than on demand, so the feed is current every morning without anyone pressing a button.
Do new carriers have contact details?
Most do. Registration filings carry a mailing address and a phone number, and we enrich the record with the owner or officer name and an email address where one is available. A small share of records stay thin, and the record shows you what is missing rather than filling it with a guess.
Can I see carriers before their authority is granted?
Yes. Pending authority is its own filter. Those carriers have registered and are waiting on approval, which is the window where insurance, ELD and factoring decisions are still open. Track one and you are told when it goes active.
Where does the data come from?
FMCSA public records, refreshed continuously, combined with commercial business sources for contact detail. It is business information about companies, not a consumer report, and it is not used for credit, insurance underwriting or employment decisions.
What does a lead cost?
Plans are a flat monthly price with a daily and monthly unlock allowance rather than a price per lead. Starter is $129 a month with 100 unlocks a day. Re opening a carrier your account has already unlocked is always free.
