For freight factoring companies

Reach new carriers before the first invoice exists.

A carrier chooses a factor in the weeks between getting authority and hauling its first paid load. Truckscribe surfaces those registrations the day they file, with the owner's direct contact on the record.

What you get

The prospecting cut for a factoring desk.

Every filter below narrows who you call. None of it is a funding decision, and none of it should be used as one.

01
New authority, this week

The latest batch view shows only carriers added in the most recent discovery run, so today's outreach is genuinely today's registrations.

02
The fleet sizes you serve

Fleet size, driver count and reported annual mileage, so a desk that funds owner operators and a desk that funds twenty truck fleets are working different lists.

03
Pending to active

Track carriers whose authority is filed but not granted. You hear the day it activates, which is the day the conversation becomes real.

04
Direct contact

Owner or officer name with a direct phone and email on the record, plus named company officials where more than one is on file.

05
Your territory

Filter by state and by interstate or intrastate operation to match how your sales team is split.

06
One list, whole team

Unlocks and the pipeline are shared across seats, and worked leads can be hidden, so two reps never call the same new carrier.

Timing

The window is short and it is visible.

Registration date and authority status are both on the record and both filterable. That is what lets you separate a carrier that filed yesterday from one that has been running for three years and already has a factor.

  • Registration date and the date we first saw the carrier
  • Authority status from pending through active
  • Freshness windows of today, seven days, thirty days or a range you set
  • Save the cut and receive new matches daily

Context

Enough context to make the call land.

Knowing what a carrier hauls, how many trucks it reported and whether its insurance is already on file tells your rep how far along the setup is before they say a word.

  • Cargo classifications and equipment types
  • Power units, drivers and reported annual miles
  • Whether liability insurance is on file yet
  • Authority tenure and status history

How teams work it

How a factoring sales desk runs it.

  1. 1
    Save the territory

New carriers, your states, the fleet sizes you fund. Switch alerts on and the list rebuilds itself daily.

  2. 2
    Call the same week

Unlock the record, reach the owner directly, and log the outcome against the lead.

  3. 3
    Hold the pending ones

Track carriers waiting on authority and follow up the day it activates.

  4. 4
    Report on the desk

The team tab shows added, open, won and lost per rep, with call outcomes drawn from one fixed list.

Questions

Answered up front.

Can I use TruScore to decide who to fund?
No, and we will not sell it that way. TruScore is a prospecting signal built from public operating records. It carries no payment history and no credit information, and using it or anything else in Truckscribe as a factor in a credit or underwriting decision is outside the acceptable use policy.
What is the right window to reach a new carrier?
The weeks between authority being granted and the first paid load, because that is when the factoring decision is still open. Registration date and authority status are both filterable, so you can work that window precisely instead of guessing at it.
Do you have invoice or payment data?
No. The data is FMCSA operating records enriched with commercial business contact sources. There is no invoice, payment or receivables information in the product, and there will not be.
How do I avoid calling carriers that already have a factor?
You cannot know that from public records, and no honest source can tell you. What you can do is work the earliest possible window, which is what the same day feed and the pending authority filter are for.
Can my whole desk work from one account?
Yes. Professional includes three seats and Agency five, with a shared pipeline, shared unlocks and per rep reporting. Adding a carrier to the pipeline costs nothing once it is unlocked.
What this is not

Truckscribe is a prospecting and market intelligence tool. It is not a credit bureau and it carries no payment history, no invoice data and no creditworthiness assessment. Nothing here may be used to decide whether to fund a carrier, set an advance rate, or make any credit decision. Your underwriting process stays exactly where it is.

Truckscribe is built on FMCSA public records and other commercial business sources. It is business information for sales and vendor decisions, not a consumer report. How we handle data

Reach carriers while the decision is open.

Every plan includes the full database, TruCRM, monitoring and export. Tiers differ on seats and daily unlocks.
