What counts as an unlock?

Opening a carrier record for the first time. It reveals the company name, USDOT and MC number, the owner, the direct phone and email, and every section of the record. Re opening a carrier your account has already unlocked is free forever, and unlocks are shared across every seat, so a teammate who opens it later pays nothing.

Are any features held back on the cheaper plans?

No. Every plan includes the whole product: the full database, TruScore, TruCRM, saved views, monitoring, alerts and export. What changes between tiers is how many people can sign in, how many carriers you can open a day, and how you reach support.

How does the trial work?

Starter and Professional start with a 14 day trial. A card is required up front and nothing is charged until the trial ends, so you can cancel at any point before then. Trial unlock rates are lower than the full plan, because a trial is there to prove the data covers your lane rather than to be a free month.

Why can I not start Agency or Enterprise on a card?

Because five to ten seats is a rollout, not a purchase. Those tiers are set up after a conversation about territories, seat allocation and onboarding, and any trial is arranged as part of that.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Unlocking pauses until the daily pool resets at midnight UTC, and the top bar shows the countdown before you get there. Carriers your account already unlocked stay open and free, and exporting them still works.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you paid for until the period you paid for ends.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

A lapse ends access to new data. It does not end ownership of what you already bought, so the carriers your account unlocked stay available to you and remain exportable.

Do you sell an API?

Not yet. When one exists it will be documented and priced here. We would rather say no than sell an integration that does not ship.
